A recent report showed that solar power generation in Australia has increased by 30% since 2016. The increase is attributed to the rise in demand by residential and commercial settings throughout the country, with businesses like Apple investing heavily into this renewable energy source.

Solar power generation in Australia has increased by 30% in the past two years. The increase is attributed to a sharp upsurge since last year when people across all sectors of society began adopting solar-powered energy usage – from homes and businesses to government buildings and schools.

Last year, solar Adelaide power generation had its peak at an unprecedented level. This decade showcased a rapid increase in the number of countries turning to renewables as their primary energy sources, and this trend is not expected to stop anytime soon – we’re only halfway through!

The first decade of this millennium saw significant advancements in renewable energies such as wind turbines, geothermal plants and biomass-fuelled generators. These technological improvements have led us into another ten years where growth for these alternative fuels continues unabated. For example, last year was particularly successful because it marked new records globally (in terms of installed capacity) and individual continents, which are increasingly reliant on renewable resources instead of fossil fuels like oil or coal.

Last year, the residential and commercial sector difference widened to nearly 80% after the residential sector recorded its most significant number of solar Adelaide PV installations in a single year. This has led to an increase in energy production on household rooftops that will influence how our communities use and produce electricity for years to come.

New research by leading energy scientists has revealed that solar power is set to become more cost-effective than ever before and will soon be available for everyone.

New studies have found a positive trend in new technology, which means residents can expect renewable sources of electricity like small scale solar generation to continue developing and becoming cheaper as time progresses.

Solar power is becoming more appreciated in Australia as the nation seeks to battle climate change. This shift comes at a vital time, too- because no one can escape this pandemic that’s ravaging the planet right now.

Australia is now leading the world in solar power generation. Thirteen per cent of all electricity generated in Australia comes from renewable sources, and that number just keeps on growing.

With an ever-increasing awareness about global warming and climate change, Australians are becoming more appreciative of the value of solar power generation. It’s an optimistic development considering everyone is at the mercy of this pandemic.

A recent study shows that the new Australian Energy Guarantee will lead 36 other countries with a population of 3 billion people combined, including China and India. Both countries are significant polluters in their own right and leading exporters around the world for coal-fired power plants or fossil fuels such as crude oil. With this, the world is hence taking an even sharper turn towards greener energy sources. And Australia’s commitment to sustainable power continues.
